Moon and Planets

Here are photos and videos of the moon and the brighter planets. These objects are pretty close by and very bright compared to everything else that I image. Because of this, they do not require long camera exposures. The photos here are just single short exposures, similar to what might be used for daytime photography. These objects also do not require a large telescope to see clearly so I would recommend checking them out with any telescope, spotting scope, or even binoculars. They offer an excellent opportunity to get involved in astronomy without spending a lot of money.
